What’s happening to the #usps is a travesty. Our government should be supporting them as much as possible. Longer delivery times impacts people who need medication, POC, and folks in rural areas. Many of the jobs there also hurt black women too

@USPSHelp @USPS I had an alleged delivery attempt by our carrier that failed due to a “full mailbox.” 1. The mailbox is empty. 2. The box does not fit dog food; USPS has always left it on the porch. 3. I’ve been here all day and no one came here. How can you be so fraudulent?

I low-key hate when you pay for priority, for example two day shipping, and your order doesn’t start being processed until the following day. So it almost defeats the purpose of you paying for expedited service. @USPS

I am tired of COVID being an excuse. You’ve had a year to adjust to this. The post office has as well... & I know bc big businesses still deliver on time. It’s not peak season & USPS isn’t the only delivery service. So as much as you charge for shipping, No ma’am/sir.

@MadisonSiriusXM to see what mail & packages you are supposed to receive at your address on any day get the USPS Informed Delivery App. For important mail I send to others I use certified mail, so yes, fill out a form at the post office to track mail & use the tracking number.

So I’ve had my save the dates in my mailbox for 5 days and @USPS has failed to pick them up. Wednesday I emailed my delivery digest account as well as my home pot office which is the Jennings branch. Thursday I emailed USPS directly 1/3

Say whatever you want about mail in ballots and election fraud, but dismantling the USPS doesn’t just stop vote by mail, it also causes lots of problems with, you know, the mail. The service we all depend upon to get something from one side of the country to the other.

I do not recommend shipping with @UPS. they use @USPS as a sub contractor and good luck getting your expensive package. This is the 4th package lost. Horrible customer service #horriblecx

@USPS USPS service performance remains high with 93 percent of First-Class Mail being delivered on time....Never mind those pesky security cameras showing carriers lying about delivery / redelivery to ensure proper service performance is "on time".

@AmazonHelp Ensure that they do not need to schedule a delivery. This is horrible business practice. Every single time we have utilized USPS when ordering an Amazon package, we seem to have a different problem. And the customer service doesn’t make us feel better.
