I do not recommend shipping with @UPS. they use @USPS as a sub contractor and good luck getting your expensive package. This is the 4th package lost. Horrible customer service #horriblecx

@USPS USPS service performance remains high with 93 percent of First-Class Mail being delivered on time....Never mind those pesky security cameras showing carriers lying about delivery / redelivery to ensure proper service performance is "on time".

@AmazonHelp Ensure that they do not need to schedule a delivery. This is horrible business practice. Every single time we have utilized USPS when ordering an Amazon package, we seem to have a different problem. And the customer service doesn’t make us feel better.

The fact that @USPS robbed me of over 1.5k worth of jewelry and refuses to issue my insurance claim is wild to me. Their employees can just rob you and no one does a thing.

@waddlingtwice @cjzamora17 If it’s “smartpost”, oh the irony of that name, usps is supposed to do final mile delivery. But sometimes fedex can decide to do final mile themselves (they did this to my order).As for this case, fedex just f*cked up, the end.

@djwaters did you use pirateship or similar service? UPS will pick them up at your door if you call them and schedule a pickup.USPS also will, (irrc you have to fill out a paper maybe?) and they will even bring you rain proof bags (with holes from wear btw) to put packages in.

@AmazonHelp When we called it was said that they couldn’t deliver because it was too big. But we were NEVER told we would have to schedule a delivery. That should have been something up front or USPS should make an effort to reach customers that have larger packages to

@amazon Tired of paying for prime when 80% of my packages are being delayed! Stop using usps and stick with FedEx/UPS!! Every time it is USPS large item delay. I NEEDED my item today!!! Not Tuesday…. that is 7 day shipping

And then ups doesn't even deliver Saturdays?!? Like what? Even USPS delivers Saturday. Next delivery day is Tuesday and unfortunately Im not able to stay home all day and wait for the package. I'm so frustrated 😭 I just want my phone. 😭

I gave them a video of their driver committing the crime and now I’m subjected to an interview with their security office to ensure my property is safe despite all their other drivers, let alone FedEx USPS etc not having issues

@AmazonHelp Hi Sarah. Yes. The problem is USPS services. I ordered a 32” monitor a week ago. The monitor was (for some reason) delivered to an Amazon Facility yesterday evening before being taken to a USPS center and then marked as Out for Delivery.
