Wow @ups customer service is abysmal. I had two questions and the lady answered one (ish) and the said “thank you goodbye” before I could even stop her and remind her I had a second question. Sticking with @USPS or @FedEx from here on out. #disappointed

Shoutout to @usps (Cahaba Heights- Vestavia Hills, AL) for losing my package I ordered a month ago. I also appreciate the lack of effort from the staff and supervisors to remediate the problem. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

I do not recommend shipping with @UPS. they use @USPS as a sub contractor and good luck getting your expensive package. This is the 4th package lost. Horrible customer service #horriblecx

@USPS USPS service performance remains high with 93 percent of First-Class Mail being delivered on time....Never mind those pesky security cameras showing carriers lying about delivery / redelivery to ensure proper service performance is "on time".

@AmazonHelp Ensure that they do not need to schedule a delivery. This is horrible business practice. Every single time we have utilized USPS when ordering an Amazon package, we seem to have a different problem. And the customer service doesn’t make us feel better.

The fact that @USPS robbed me of over 1.5k worth of jewelry and refuses to issue my insurance claim is wild to me. Their employees can just rob you and no one does a thing.
