The Monk is a yellow Slugcat and the easy mode of Rain World.

Changes[]
The Monk does less damage than the other Slugcats, but aggressive creatures are less common and less aggressive. Some creatures do not spawn in certain areas for the Monk.
In Shaded Citadel, the yellow 
Overseer can light up dark rooms.

All colored pearls are blank.
Story[]
The Monk has a similar opening cutscene to the 
Survivor. After the Survivor falls, the Monk dives in after their sibling. Their campaign takes place after the Survivor's.

In Downpour, if Outer Expanse was unlocked, the Monk can go to the Slugcat Tree. They find Survivor with two Slugpups.
