@virginmedia I’m awaiting a call back from a manager to confirm from the new customer team that he can get a quick start pack out to me ASAP due to my unique circ*mstances. The manager John said he or a colleague would call me by Saturday. It’s now Thursday and I’ve heard nothing!

@virginmedia you offer the most horrendous service ever! 3 call backs promised and not received one! My quick start pack was supposed to arrive yesterday but didn’t. No communication what so ever! Unbelievably bad I would definitely not recommend

thanks @virginmedia I don’t have a working service as you say I have a bill to pay. According to the records next bill payment is due 04/05 but because your new installation charges are so high I’ve gone over the credit limit.

@virginmedia It says there are no known issues. I've taken the white cable out and reconnected and rebooted and it makes no difference. Some sky sports channels are not working and just show error w02! This happens far too often!

I suggest you tweet a response with reason&expected fixed time. Considering I dont know anyone that isnt having issues! Grrr

@virginmedia I have am supposed to be on the gigabit package, however, I have had average speed of 100mb/s since Aug last year. I have raised numerous service requests and had 4 engineer appointments. 3 times they arrived to complete works, did nothing and left. Once they didn't even arrive.

@virginmedia Customer service have repeatedly failed to address my complaints. Despite requests for a call back by a manager since early Dec I have had no calls. I have asked for compensation or a reduction of my bill until the service is provided but nothing provided.
