And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. π

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin π we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to sh*te versions of both. π

@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

@Plusnet Hi. Have run into my credit cap. I have only had the sim a month, never used it and cancelled it over a week ago but now getting emails telling me I'm in my credit buffer. Phone queue is horrendous!!

@Plusnet Please ask the people in charge to be more open. 3.9% is a lot to add to bills on top of inflation, and it's reasonable for a customer to ask why. The 'approved statement' gives no 'rationale'. @Ofcom please note.

β¦.on Friday I was told by @Plusnet that the problem would be fixed by 15:30 yesterday but,no joy. Today my mom phoned @Plusnet using my landline (our service is fine but weβre fibre optic) & was told that @WeAreOpenreach were doing βdig workβ in the street to fix the problemβ¦.

@Plusnet You can help by not forcing me to have a landline just to have internet. I have not made a landline call in 20 years. I don't even know my landline and don't even have a physical phone attached to it.
