Came in today received a simple haircut in and out in 10 minutes should have been charged $25 for varsity instead I was charged for an MVP and I was not offered massage, towel, shampoo etc. the moment the haircut was finished I was told all done but charged for the MVP. I frequent this location and have for the past two years. Not sure if the stylist get a commission on the sales but I feel taken advantage of to say the least I would certainly suggest anyone getting a haircut at this location to look at what they are being charged and charged for. There was almost no line and it was great to get my hair cut after dealing with the catastrophe known as Hurricane Ian. Plenty of us lost way too much and it was great to get some form of normalcy. After helping the neighbors in my community I was borderline growing a mullet my hair was so long, thank you for being open and thank you to the employees that were there for us, we appreciate it

Would not recommend just got a haircut with Lisa was rushed through didn’t even dampen my hair for the curls so my cut is all uneven and then she thought I didn’t notice she charge me for the MVP service when all I got was a 3min rushed haircut I rather lose the money and know to never come back very disappointedHaircut
