Manager Melissa talked badly on last stylists and confused in what., I was saying”. verses comments .stylists left you are 3″ longer on right (.after full hair cut ,”(it’s still 1 inch longer,,Melissa replies,..I need to be even. She tollally changed my angle. After drying. ,had to go back ,then she changed it again to a noticeable shape difference, “.plus I pointed out you plug me here’s. No it’s on your part,no you cut wrong. I had to go back 3 time now , left side one inch longer now.. melissa said now ,very delusional to have put a client threw this ordeal. When I only wanted my hair even. Sadly she didn’t know it was right on first cut and i mistakenly aloud her to re=cut. . I will not ever deal with her conduct behavior. ..first time in my 60 sum years. Let look at camera. She’s saying

Critical:Professionalism,QualityI went here a few months ago and loved it. I’m moving out of state the next day and wanted my hair cut. I checked in online. The woman Rene asked if I checked in online, I said yes and gave her my name. She kept asking my name after she confirmed it in the computer and had to spell it twice. I understand she might have been learning the POS system. She had to call over another employee to help her. Rene was to cut my hair.I’m a little person, so it takes some maneuvering for me to get in the chair. I asked if she could lower it and she said fine. I set my phone and wallet down on the table so I can get up. Rene immediately got annoyed and said “no”. Grabbed my wallet and phone and moved it back where I could not reach it. I said I was just putting I there for a second so I could get up. No response, but ok. I asked if I could try getting in the chair the other side. I asked if she could please move so I could get in the chair. She just said I will help and kept moving the chair while I was trying to get up on it. I kept trying to explain that I can get up on it a certain way. She wouldn’t listen. I finally just grabbed my wallet and said thank you, never mind. I will cancel my appointment. She tried having the manger convince me to stay. The manager was very polite. I just stated no thank you. Kind of humiliated and would not recommend Rene. I’m driving up north and will just stop at another place to get my hair cut. Never had this issue with a stylist when I got my hair cut. Didn’t listen to me explain how I do it. Critical:Quality,ValueThey totally botched up my cut. Uneven cut. They tried to fix it but only after I spent a good 15 minutes arguing that it was in fact uneven. Then they called another stylist over who agreed with me. The original stylist then cut only a little bit off the uneven side but still noticeably LOPSIDED…. never again. Everything was really clean and everyone was super sweet, the only issue I had was with the haircut itself. Now that I’m getting ready for work and really looking at my hair I see my hair is completely uneven all around. The left side is just on my shoulder and the right is an inch off my shoulder and the front is shorter then gets longer when going to the back of my hair.

I been going here for awhile, all the girls that work here are extremely polite and know how to style hair. And the app to check in before you arrive is spot on. This is a busy Great Clips, but it’s worth the wait.

It may be the most frustrating thing as you put a lot of trust into someone who cuts your hair and no one likes a bad haircut.Well I couldn’t be any more impressed by this Great Clips location. The staff is phenomenal, friendly and really caring. Specifically Ashley. She goes above and beyond to make your haircut perfect. That paired with her great personality makes for an enjoyable experience every time.Although Ashley a majority of the time cuts my hair, I want to mention Katie has also done a great job and is a pleasure to work with as well.
