CDR, Elusive/Onslaught

For Cooldown Reduction Boots you will combine 2 Elevated modifiers of different Influences using an Awakener's Orb:

• (16-20)% increased Cooldown Recovery Rate (Shaper)
• #% chance to gain Onslaught for 4 seconds on Kill (Redeemer)

The following Steps will cover how to acquire both Elevated modifiers.

For the Elevated (16-20)% increased Cooldown Recovery Rate modifier, buy an ilvl 80+ pair of Boots with Shaper influence off of trade with the (10-15)% increased Cooldown Recovery Rate paired with any other Shaper modifier.

Tip: The best choice for the second Shaper modifier is Unaffected by Burning Ground since you can sell it back if you fail the Elevation.

1. After acquiring a pair of Boots, use an Orb of Dominance to Elevate the (10-15)% increased Cooldown Recovery Rate. If you succeed, move to the next Step.
2. If you fail, buy another pair of Boots to try again. This should only take 2 tries on average. Don't forget to pricecheck the modifier you Elevated to see if it has sell-back value.

Elevated Redeemer Onslaught

For the Elevated Onslaught modifier, buy an ilvl 86+ pair of Fugitive Boots or Two-Toned Boots with the Enchant: Damage Penetrates 10% of Enemy Elemental Resistances if you haven't Killed Recently. Afterward, use a Redeemer's Exalted Orb to add influence.

1. Since Imprint beasts are so expensive, the most viable way to Elevate Onslaught is to use Chaos Orbs until you see (8-10)% chance to gain Onslaught for 4 seconds on Kill paired with any other Redeemer modifier. This should take less than ~200 tries on average.
2. If Vivid Crystallised Lifeforce is worth more than 4500 per Divine and Chaos Orbs are worth less than 150 per Divine[/poe-item, use Harvest reforge Physical instead. This is a ~1/84 chance at the cost of 50 [poe-item id=927efa3d]Vivid Lifeforce per try.
3. Once you have (8-10)% chance to gain Onslaught for 4 seconds on Kill paired with a second Redeemer modifier, use an Orb of Dominance. If you Elevated Onslaught, move to Step 4. If the Elevation fails, you will need to try again from the top.

There are some situations where another Elevated Redeemer modifier is worth enough to sell back to make up for the loss so be sure to pricecheck if you fail to Elevate Onslaught.

Double-Influenced

After prepairing both of your Elevated modifiers, use an Awakener's Orb on the pair of Shaper boots then, use it on the pair of Redeemer Boots This will destroy the Donator Boots and combine the modifiers together onto the base you want to keep.

If you have an open Suffix after the combination, craft Suffixes Cannot be Changed with a Wild Bristle Matron beast or Benchcraft it yourself then use a Harvest Reforge Lightning for any tier of +#% to Lightning Resistance. You can use your Harvest bench to swap this to either of the other two as desired.

With at least 1 open Prefix, use a Wild Bristle Matron Beast to add Suffixes Cannot be Changed to your Boots then use a Harvest Reforge Critical for the (5-10)% chance to gain Elusive on Critical Strike Prefix.

With 2 open Prefixes still, use a Wild Bristle Matron Beast to add Suffixes Cannot be Changed to your Boots then use a Veiled Orb to add a Veiled Prefix.

If adding the Elusive modifier in Step 5 resulted in more than 1 Prefix there are a few options:

• Benchcraft (18-20)% increased Movement Speed, 100% chance to Avoid being Chilled if possible then stop. You can use or sell these Boots to try again.
• Benchcraft or use a Wild Bristle Matron Beast to add Suffixes Cannot be Changed to your Boots then use a Reforge Critical again.
• If adding the Elusive modifier in Step 5 resulted in 6 total modifiers, use an Orb of Annulment for a 50% chance at removing a Prefix to try again from Step 5. This assumes your other 2 Prefixes aren't worth stopping with.

Since you are protecting your Suffixes, the Veiled Orb will remove either the Suffixes Cannot be Changed or the Elusive modifier. If the Orb removes the Elusive modifier, go back to Step 5. Once your boots look like the ones on the left, go to Step 8.

After the Orb removes the Suffixes Cannot be Changed and adds a Veiled Prefix, Benchcraft +(25-34) to maximum Mana then Unveil one of these 3 modifiers:

• (25-30)% increased Movement Speed, 100% chance to Avoid being Chilled.
• (25-30)% increased Movement Speed, (10-12)% increased Movement Speed if you haven't been Hit Recently.
• (25-30)% increased Movement Speed, (13-16)% chance to gain Onslaught for 4 seconds on Kill.

CDR, Elusive/Onslaught

To finish, Benchcraft either +(56-70) to maximum Life or 100% chance to Avoid being Frozen depending on if you are immune to Freeze. Your boots are now complete!
