@Adrianneforgab1 @comcastcares I spared you from the whole story, let’s just say that I drew a map for them and told them were the issue was and they still couldn’t arrange a fix. Same guy would show up every few days. Comcast’s is not a very serious company.

Finally called @Comcast and the recording said that Service won’t be restored until after 6 AM tomorrow morning. The Bill should be less than half this month.

@Xfinity has been going out on a weekly basis for almost two months now. Sometimes even multiple times a day. I work from home, so having my Internet down all day is beyond an inconvenience. We recently had to downgrade our service to afford their services (1/3)

my favorite thing is xfinity’s gateway problems and how they give no notice before they shut off internet for the entire day. this is why i tell people to switch to verizon. xfinity will never not suck complete ***

@missbeans7 Whenever I have a problem with my internet, the online assistant at Comcast isn't able to resolve the matter and eventually gives me a number...which goes to an automated phone service that can't help and eventually directs me to an "assistant"...the online one where I started🙃

Dear @att your internet service to my house sucks and you need to fix the Line on the pole (20 splices in 1/2 mile have degraded the signal). Punishing me by slowing my 5g to near 0 is all kinds of wrong. Perhaps it’s time to move all my services to @Comcast?
