The food was amazing and the staff is incredible!! We ordered the bison steak and the brie and bacon burger. Both were excellent. The sidewinder fries were a huge hit!! Jordan was our server and she was so attentive and helpful! Our kids were treated with so much kindness and respect. Our experience was one we will remember for a long time. Thank you for making our night a wonderful memory! Can't recommend enough!!

Hidden gem! Stopped for a night in Kalispell on our vacation through the west from Indiana. Extremely pleased we found this place! Between the 4 of us we had the bison burger, pasta alfredo, chicken parmesan, and mushroom cheddar burger. Beyond expectation! So delicious! Service was extremely kind and attentive! Highly recommend.

The huckleberry burger was awesome, great beer list at amazing pricing. Michelle is a standout, she was so friendly. Will be back next time I’m in the area

We had dinner for the first time at Hops on Friday night of Memorial Day weekend 2022. After reading Hops is a smaller (and we discovered very personal!) restaurant that doesn't take reservations, we arrived at their opening time of 5pm and were seated promptly; by 5:45, there was only a single table for two available.We tourists from Oklahoma, we love to try new things, so two of our group of four ordered the tri-fecta Hunter's Trio meal of sample/slider size burgers of Bison, Elk and Yak.One of these trios was mine. I've never eaten any of the three before but, my bucket list says I need to try new things. 🙃 My first bite was the bison and it squirted red across my plate and onto my white sweatshirt. Now, I am someone who normally orders all food well-done, zero pink, no shine: but I did not cut and run after the first bite because it was DELICIOUS! I had not actually bitten into the red center and I finished eating all around the edges. It was probably my favorite of the three and if I am able to return, I'll be sure to order well-done. The elk burger was delicious, no pink and 100% consumed. The meat of the yak burger was good, but Hops makes the slider with a jalapeno sauce that wasn't to my taste. I scraped the sauce off and enjoyed the meat. I ordered my dinner with fries and no one in our group has ever seen fries cut the way these were: thicker cut flat curls that were wonderfully flavored and cooked. Had I wanted something else, they had a lengthy list of sides I could have chosen.The third and fourth meals in our group were the evening's specials: Mahi-mahi ($30) and a 16 oz steak ($40). The lady who ordered the mahi-mahi was still raving about how good it was the following day; the steak was good, though not as tender as we would like to have seen.Our waitress deserved every penny of our generous tip: she was superb not only in serving us and helping us with choices but also in answering our questions about the Kalispell area.I will definitely return to Hops should the opportunity arise and strongly suggest you enjoy it too.

I definitely enjoyed eating here, and I will eat here again.We were seated right away, but at 5:30 on a Friday night, we got lucky. It was dark, noisy, and very close. Our server was friendly and took our drink orders right away. Very professional. She provided a level of service you would expect at fine dining.We started with the calamari, and it was O.K. Planks generally aren't my preference, and it was a little overcooked.I had the burn burger. I really enjoyed the burger but didn't really think it was hot at all. The balance of flavor between the roasted peppers and the farm fresh local beef was perfect. The chipotle coleslaw had a nice kick to it and complimented the burger well.Darlin had the chop steak with the garlic mashed potatoes. The mushroom demiglaze was maybe a little stingy but very good. The garlic mashed potatoes had just the right amount of garlic.To be honest, I could go back again just for salted caramel cheesecake!! Hops Downtown Grill in Kalispell MT is a hidden gem for foodies, and their Idaho trout is a standout dish. The trout is cooked to perfection, with a crispy skin and tender, flaky flesh. The flavors are well-balanced, with a hint of smokiness and a touch of lemon that enhances the natural taste of the fish. The presentation is also impressive, with vibrant colors and a beautiful plating. The restaurant itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff who provide excellent service. If you're in the mood for a delicious seafood meal, Hops Downtown Grill and their Idaho trout should be at the top of your list.

Put my name down on a 20 minute waiting list, they texted within 10 minutes with our table. This spot was small but had a nice feel/decor. Our server was Eileen and she was really sweet! Fast service and kept our drinks refilled. The food was really good! The calamari sauce was the best I've ever had! Really high quality cheese on the lasagna, loved it! A little different than what we're used to but we enjoyed it very much. 4 stars because some of the protein in my meal was on the colder side. Liked this restaurant very much though!

We were lucky tonight, and fate took my foodie buddy and I here on a busy Friday night to try and get in for bar or dining room seating. The hostess was extremely helpful and impressed us with our seating option (arguably one of the best tables in the dining room). Everything about the service, from start to finish, was spot on with delivery and timing. Thank you to Michelle and Rachel and the others who participated in our experience, especially the kitchen staff. We had fun and will be back for the delicious and professionally prepared menu. This place might be one of the last best old school Kalispell Dining experiences. Thank you ~ A+

Went here on Saturday and there was a large amount of people here due to the fact that Spartan Race was in town. As I have Celiac disease, I looked for restaurants on Google that had gluten free options. A few reviews mentioned gluten free options but they DO NOT have a marked menu or a separate fryer.This is a very small restaurant in a historic building downtown. This is not the place to bring a large group. It's also quite dark and cramped in here, so be warned if you have mobility issues.We gave a name and phone number as there was a 30 minute wait for a table for two. We received a text message and ordered.My husband started with the $14.95 huckleberry duck wings without the gorgonzola cheese dressing. He was asked if he'd like ranch, which he said yes, but it never showed up.He ordered the grilled meatloaf for $20.95 and I ordered the $19.95 Hops Huckleberry Burger without crispy shallots and no bun because there is a $2.50 upcharge for a gluten free bun. I also ordered mashed potatoes instead of fries because they use a shared fryer and their twister fries have a gluten coating on them regardless.It took more than 40 minutes from the time my husband got his appetizer to the time we got our meals. It was clear that staff was extremely overwhelmed by the amount of people they had to serve. My burger came with a gluten free bun and the waitress said I wouldn't be charged for it because the kitchen just added it when I ordered my food gluten free. That's fine, I ordered it sans bun simply because I didn't want to pay an upcharge.I enjoyed my modified burger and my husband liked his meatloaf. I did notice a lot of tables weren't eating their twister fries. I asked the couple next to us (like literally 3 inches from us) if they liked the fries because I noticed lots of tables weren't eating them. We were told that they were just okay. Another table mere inches from us got the 3 burger sampler. The guy complained that they were good but too small to actually get enough bites to compare the flavours of the different meats. He was eating off his girlfriend's pork chop because he scarfed the burgers in a few minutes and left his fries. Skip the fries and skip the 3 burger sampler if you're hungry.They do offer a 15% off discount with military ID.Visited May 2023

There is really nothing special in their dinning area. It's fairly noisy, nothing to abate conversational noise surrounding diners. But the food is beyond expectations as well as service. I recommend reservations as the seating is limited.

Been coming to moose’s for a long time. The pizza is always top notch. Thin crust on corn meal. To keep pizza crispy. Lots of toppings. Nice sauce. Thin crust that has the right crunch. Nothing like a cold beer and a bowl of salted peanuts. Daughter had a Hawaiian pizza. One slice left. She was a baby 40 years ago when we would stop. She also loves the pizza. Sawdust on floors and if u can find room u could put your name on the benches. Kalispel is so lucky to have such a famous pizza place.

This dive bar is special! Mix of wood chips and peanut shells on the entire floor. Pizza and a variety of sandwiches available, I recommend the Missoulian (beef, mushroom, and swiss) and the BLT. We’ll try the pizzas next time. Very affordable and pitchers were commonplace! Remember to ask for peanuts for the full experience. Great spot!

I am from Salem, Oregon...and I have never been to Kalispell, or even to Montana for that matter. Moose's lived up to their town reputation...many locals recommended it to me to go visit. I was not disappointed. I thought the prices were super reasonable, and the atmosphere was fun, and the walls have history carved into them *(bring a pocket knife and carve your name!)* Staff was friendly, remembered my name and happy to serve me...A++

What in the holy hell did I walk into! This place is a perfect disaster. What a unique that feels exactly like a bar in Kalispell SHOULD feel like. Relaxed environment. Good food! Plenty of TV’s and friendly - patient - staff! This was a visit with our townie daughter!

It is very dark in the saloon, besides the bar. From our most recent experience, I don't recommend taking kids under 5. They don't offer high chairs and it's not an ideal family-friendly atmosphere. We ordered at the window right after entering and waited 30-45 minutes for our food to come out. Watched several regulars and people who ordered after us get served their food first. By that time, our 1 year old was too antsy and eager to explore to sit and enjoy our food. My husband got us a to-go box and noted they seemed somewhat hesitant or confused to give him oneWe ordered a 12" Combo Pizza and a whole Missoulian sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious and hot. The pizza is thin crust and very crispy and chewy. Total bill, excluding an ice cold beer, came to $27.It's really a lovely ole landmark place but not for young kids.

Really cool old fashion Saloon.Sawdust on the floor, peanuts on the bar and VERY cheap beer!Had a 12 inch pie that the wife and I split. Tasty, with a corn meal based bottom.The bartender (sorry that I didn't catch his name, maybe Travis?) was awesome! Extremely personable, and friendly.

First-time experience. The bar atmosphere was good and fun. They serve beer and wine and ciders along with spiked seltzer. They serve fresh baked pizza's along with sandwiches. They have gluten-free pizza options. They have salted peanuts to enjoy. Overall, it was a very cool spot that I would visit again good times.

This place was full of character! It felt like we had stepped back into an old saloon with peanuts all over the floor, moose and Buffalo heads on the wall, booths had names carved all over them. The bar was packed with people!The staff was friendly, but you seat yourself and go up to the bar to order. Pitcher of beer was only $8!!! And pizza was delicious.Fun experience.

Loved the pizza and the unique atmosphere. There is nothing like this back east. If you're visiting Glacier Park or otherwise in the area a trip to Moose's Saloon is a necessary part of the experience.

Amazing vibes, great beer selection ondraft and delicious pizza!They had kept the old school saloon style and going in felt like traveling back in time. The interior looked like old-style western movies saloonand their positive attitude was a cherry on top.

It's mixed reviews for our group. Tips for going, don't expect anyone to be friendly (seriously) , I think this is part of the restaurant vibe. Don't wear open toed shoes as there is garbage, peanut shells, spilled drinks and sawdust/shavings all over the floor. The staff don't serve, It is a serve yourself place. They are not the most friendly either. We sat for a very long time until we realized they don't come to the table. Pull up menu on your phone or move to a place you can sit and see the menu for kids/older. This is a great place for friends getting together. But maybe not an older crowd or kids as it's hard to see, dark and uneven footing. The pizza was good, the Mexican pizza just had large chunks of toppings cut and put on it so we didn't love it. The crust is good but the Pepperoni we ordered had minimal Pepperoni on it. (see photos) Overall, come with your young friends or drunk and it is a good fit. Not ideal for families with young kids, older people or large parties.

If you like old school Montana then go here - sawdust on the floor, very good bar seating, inexpensive beer (about 15 taps, excellent selection) and pizza or sandwiches to eat. The pizza was excellent!

Good laid back no care attitude here. So isn't the service though. Find somewhere to sit and go up and order. Had the pizza. It was okay. Crust was a little undercooked. If you are looking for a busy place to grab some pictures of beer this is the place.

We met some friends at the Knead Cafe for Saturday brunch. They were quite busy, but our friends arrived early and got us a table. The food was excellent and the service fantastic. I liked that the cafe was smaller, a bit cozy, and certainly the service was warm and friendly - made me feel like I was a "regular" even tho it was our first time there. Large portions, too. You don't leave hungry!

Excellent experience. My wife and I both had the breakfast veggie burrito. I had it as it comes, she made hers vegan by replacing the egg with tofu and the chipotle sauce with vegenaise. One of the best breakfast burritos we've ever had! Highly recommend.The golden latte was also absolutely delightful.

The Knead Cafe lives up to the hype and if you don't mind waiting to get a table, you'll be highly satisfied. It's a small place yes, but it's got a rustic and quaint feel to it. The staff was upbeat, energetic and really appeared to be flowing as a team.The food was great, and we were there before 10am and we were able to order from the breakfast and lunch menu. I think the lesson is, you can't and won't go wrong.The portions are not only large and intense, but they do a great job of letting flavors fly and compliment each other. The Sante Fe Hash, the Veggie Breakfast Burrito and Black bean quinoa falafel wrap were all loved. With specialty toast, brilliant soup and a fresh fruit bowl, we couldn't have had happier taste buds and tummies. Highly recommend if you have a chance. Enjoy!*I do see reviews about its location and agreed it's not the most obvious, but it's far from hidden. Keep your eyes peeled or follow your GPS and I promise you'll get there just fine.

Our last meal in Montana was here and it did not disappoint! Everything was so fresh and the staff was friendly. Portions were perfect and so scrumptious!The quiche of the day was havarti and bacon, which was amazing!Also their Cuban Reuben was flavorful and well seasoned! A must try if in Kalispell!

The Knead Cafe provided outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. The staff was very attentive, polite, and provided amazing service. I ordered the golden latte with oat milk and it was incredible. The baja’melette was also super good with a side of the fresh fruit. My friend ordered the breakfast burrito and claimed it was the best breakfast burrito he’s ever had.The owner Mike was also super friendly and provided great conversation.If you’re in the Kalispell area and are looking for fresh organic food with an incredible service staff and atmosphere, this is the place to go. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Gosh this place is so good! We stopped in for breakfast after reading some reviews, and they weren’t wrong. The owners and staff were so friendly and the food was OUT OF BOUNDS! One of the best small places I’ve ever eaten!

I've been in the military for 18 years and traveled around the world. Everything I ordered was amazing but the breakfast burrito was the best Ive ever had! Mike and his staff made me feel at home , food came fast, the restaurant was clean, the music was amazing!!

This diner is hitting it out of the park with atmosphere, food, and decor. I ordered the southwest breakfast sandwich and a Chai latte. They did their homework and understand the assignment! Flavor profile is on point. If your in Kalispell this diner is a must.

Found this place by mere accident and so happy I did. An eclectic atmosphere with a amazing menu. The menu options were delightful and I settled for the Welsh eggs with an amazing beer cheese sauce. WOZERZ!The service was top notch and even the cook was polite enough to come ask how things were.If your in the flathead area and looking for an amazing dining experiance, this is your place. I will certainly be back to try their lunch menu.

Freaking outstanding brisket -- best ever! They serve it with BBQ sauce, but I don't care for the sauce and asked them to hold it. Pork belly collard greens and spicy sausage mac are both excellent. Portions are ridiculously huge, so be ready for that. Wife had a chopped salad with salmon, which she said was fabulous. The setting is great (an old livery barn) and service is friendly and attentive.

Four of us had dinner here tonight and had a great experience. The elk sausage and the pork belly were incredible. The brisket sandwich and stuffed baked potato looked really good. The service was incredible. Our server was named Mary and she was awesome. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that we had everything we needed. There was a minor mixup with our food. She let us know immediately and fixed the issue very fast. She repeatedly checked in to make sure we were happy with the solution. I hope the Desoto Grill knows what an awesome employee they have! We would love to sit at one of her tables again. The hostess, Ava, and the buzzer, Cameron, were great as well. Very helpful and funny!

This is my first trip to the DeSoto, and it was absolutely outstanding. I never been a big fan of pork belly until he went here. I ordered the BLT and it was one of the best things I've ever had in my life.I decided on mac and cheese with spicy sausage and it was equally good. Staff was outstanding and a very very friendly spot for locals.

Historical building with a great atmosphere.We ordered the pork belly bites and brisket cheese sandwich. The pork belly was so tender and enough to feed 4. It's served with Asian slaw and 2 types of sauce-peanut or huckleberry.The brisket sandwich had peppers, onion and cheese. Large portion and served with choice of a side. We had potato salad and it was tasty.

By far the best restaurant in Kalispell and it isn’t close. The place has a great atmosphere and such a welcoming staff. Every single person we came across was extremely friendly and helpful.The food was out of this world. We got platters and tried almost everything on the menu; nothing disappointed. The brisket was our favorite; so tender and smoked to perfection.Topped off with a great selection of beer. You need to stop by if you’re in Kalispell.

First off, fantastic atmosphere.Second: substantive napkins. That's when I knew this would be bona fide BBQ.We got the combo meat platter. Pulled pork was great, St. Louis style ribs were great, and the brisket was okay (seemed to be a fatty cut, some people like that, but it's not my fav).Beans were thick and saucy, and potato salad was good stuff.Super nice waiting staff, who worked well as a team and appeared to enjoy each other's company.Corn bread was really good (ask for honey).Desserts: peanut butter pie was amazing, and the cherry cobbler was a hit as well.

This was a delightful treat; the food, ambiance, people, sauces, beverages and entertainment. We sat at the bar, enjoyed watching the attention to detail on every plate of custom configured entrees and sides and marveled at the great attitude of everyone. Andy and the kitchen team were epic in skill and attitude and their food (we had the Reuben, chicken, potato salad and jalapeño Mac & cheese) went perfectly with our local craft beers. There was a wine list but we opted for beer, barbecue and entertainment. The salads were huge and the nachos looked like they could feed many! We met folks at the bar, were served quickly and professionally and we just want to go back soon. Excellent choice all round.

The food was amazing, pork belly, brisket, Philly cheesesteak sandwich, mac & cheese, and cornbread! Everything was fantastic, I even ate the coleslaw that came with the appetizer. Did I mention the cornbread? The sides (smoked vegetables and vegetables with pork belly) were perfect. And the cornbread! So so good! The staff was super friendly and to top it all off, they have a good selection of local beers and ciders. This restaurant would deserve more stars, can’t praise it enough.

Love the atmosphere. It's an old mining building that they transformed into a restaurant. Amazing food. The BLT is a super delicious pork belly lettuce and tomato sandwich. Super filling. And the mac and cheese was great. Friendly staff.

A funky restaurant with great BBQ and the best freshly made strawberry lemonade (larger than my face and free refill!) and the most friendly staff. I then tried strawberry lemonade in two other restaurants but neither came even close to this one!

There are no human words that can describe the food at Desoto Grill. I had the pork belly BLT and the bacon Mac and cheese. Forget what you think a BLT is, and grab one of these. You will need both hands. The food is so good. I took pictures for proof. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Eat here, and you will have a new favorite restaurant.

Love most of their food, although even those that we don't love are still really good, mostly the sides. Absolutely love the beans! Every main dish I have had has been delicious. My only complaint about the atmosphere is the music...a bit loud and hard rock for my old ears, but that is just my opinion. Service is great and we always look forward to going back.

Seated promptly at our reservation time my wife and I both ordered the buffalo filet. We were in the mood for steak and Jagz came highly recommended by the locals. The steaks were delivered as requested and definitely some of the best we have ever eaten. Service was good with a full house- what you expect but sometimes don't get. Nothing tempted us on the dessert menu but the steaks really didn't need a follow up course. If you are in the Whitefish/Kalispell area this is a must stop.

Hayley K was an amazing server. The service was great. Everyone was always checking on us. the ambiance was almost perfect. Just needed some live music but it was still perfect. We were there for my husbands 65th. 1st timers as we are new to the area. Food was great. The menu was well rounded. Something for everyone but not a huge menu . Calamari was very good for being so far from the ocean. Helpings are good size. You don't feel like you're being robbed. Took home food and most everyone we saw leave did as well. We live in the area so we will definitely be treating ourselves again. Make reservations. They only serve dinner M-Sat.

I have eaten at Jagz several times, three times since new ownership and the food and service is excellent. Prices are more than fair for this dining experience. It has always had a great reputation for being very good but, since new ownership the restaurant seems cleaner and more organized. Excellent selection of wines as well. The new owner is also very personable, out going and very determined to make sure her customers have a great dining experience. The staff is very well-trained from chefs to servers. I HIGHLY recommend!Stuffed mushrooms are awesome, all their bread is fresh baked in housePrime rib and seafood specials all 5 stars!

Seafood Sautee was absolutely delicious! Service was excellent .. even though it took awhile to get our food. The wait was worth it.

My family members and I have been eating here for many, many years and always have a great experience. Food is generally very good, however, recently the restaurant started charging a service fee and not make customers aware until the bill is paid.Can I afford it? Yes, however, it is the principle that a very popular local restaurant would do so without notice. Or, do so at all. My family members and I will not be returning.

As always, fabulously perfect meal!! The prime rib was TO DIE FOR!!! Caesar salad was wonderful!! The warm rolls before ordering were fantabulous! Not just warmed up but FRESH!!! We had the stuffed mushrooms for appetizer and they were fabulous as well!! The desserts were quite attractive but did lack a homemade flavor but the whole meal was overall amazingly flavorful and tasted made to order for sure! Jagz is and has always been our favorite restaurant in the valley for REAL slow cooked top quality meals :} Loved the atmosphere and music as well ;}

Jagz has great food. Their seafood fettuccine is the best i have ever had. Their wait staff is always pleasant and efficient. The only reason i did not give them a 5 star review is that i think it needs a new fresh look.

We've been several times and have made it our "special occasion" destination. The food and service are good. The atmosphere could sure use an update though. The wallpaper makes me feel like I'm stepping back into the 1970's. An interior paint job would go a long way!

I want to start off by saying, me and my newly wed wife can't often afford to eat at places this fancy. So when we do, we hope it's worth it. Tonight the chef cooked one of the single best ribeye steaks I've ever eaten.... and I've eaten a LOT of good steak (I was raised rich). Whoever cooked that ribeye should be proud. Our server Hailey was wonderful as well. She was kind, attentive, checked on us to make sure we enjoyed our meals.She mentioned to us she was new to serving which was surprising to us because she was such a good waitress. Keep up the good work JAGZ crew. You guys gave a memorable dining experience. From start to finish.

We eat at Jagz quite often.. This is my first time I am doing a “not great “ review. They need to step up on the quality of their grilled salmon. The worst I have ever had! I made a point to let our waitress know that I wanted a piece of salmon and I did not want it dry and overcooked because I like my salmon moist. Not her fault but she delivered me the thinnest and driest piece. I never send food back, but I really thought that it was a mistake because it was so bad. If you look at their menu, it shows a nice thicker filet which is usually what is served in nice restaurants. Instead it was I’m sure the end piece of the fish, flat, no flavor and couldn’t get much drier unless you burnt it. She brought me bad another piece that was identical. Took it home for my cats😻 The only reason I’m writing this is so I’m hoping they see this and will upgrade their selection of the fish they buy..

Was looking for a fine dining experience. Mom and I don't go out to dinner very much and look for a high end restaurant when we do. This was a bit of a let down. The dinner salad was sad, a Ceasars lettuce with 2 cherry tomatoes and croutons, rolls were warm but tasted days old. On the up side our proteins were delicious, she had breaded oysters and I the quail but the veggies were cold. We also had dessert. A nice slice of cheese cake and a cream bullet that had a piece of wilted spearmint? In it.

Jags is great! I had the duckling breast and was super pleased. This restaurant never fails to knock it out of the park. The service is always outstanding and friendly. We've been to this restaurant 3 times. It was great once! Not the last 2 times. I got the lobster and crab cakes. They were not seasoned good at all, and pretty sure there was shrimp in them. The sauce broke, and they put it on my plate anyways. It was also not good with no flavor since it broke. They put some green beans on my plate with I'd say, a handful of almonds that they obviously got from a bag. They were perfectly cut big chunks of almonds, that I'm sure no one could cut those so perfectly, but fail at everything else. My son and wife both got a burger and they came out with these little burgers with toast for buns? I mean, are they poor. I was told the burgers had no flavor either. We tried again, but sadly, that's the last time. They should just close the doors because they are trying to be fine dining, but that's not it. They don't even have a clue! The service was good and the atmosphere was good. Food was Not Good At All. What a waste of money.....

My wife called and made a reservation 2 weeks ago. When we arrived, they said they didn't have our reservation. So we get seated in the banquet room, which has no heat. We ordered our food probably 10 minutes after being seated. We waited for 2 hours in the cold to be served Luke warm food that was mediocre at best. That was my first and last time going to this place.

Our family’s Valentine’s dinner at Jagz was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. Despite reserving ahead for a special evening with my three young children, we were seated in an unbearably cold room without any prior warning or apology from the staff. The absence of suitable drinks for kids and the staff’s indifferent attitude as they seated more guests into our chilly quarters turned the night comical, yet disappointing.Opting for the priciest menu items in hopes of salvaging the night did little to improve our experience, as the service remained sparse and neglectful. With my kids shivering in their winter coats, we barely managed to get through our starters before deciding to have our meals boxed up to eat at home.The evident lack of concern from management about our discomfort speaks volumes about the leadership at Jagz. A truly disappointing experience that was supposed to be a festive family outing on Valentine’s Day ended up being a lesson in the importance of customer care and comfort.

We were visiting the area and showed up without a reservation at peak hours on Saturday evening. Staff was well trained, very friendly, and accommodating. The food and service were both excellent. I would definitely eat there again. I would recommend making a reservation.

Good restaurant with great staff. Super friendly and although they were very busy they took time to listen.Had the prime rib which served properly. Others had salad, soup and pasta. All were good quality and satisfied.

We had a Christmas get-together here, so it was a larger party. Had oysters the sauce was great. I had the seafood fettuccine Alfredo. This is a great choice. It was great the next day as well. Definitely recommend for a special night out.

It had been years since we had last been to Jagz, so we decided to give it a shot for a Valentine’s dinner as a family. Disappointed is a gross understatement. We had made a reservation and still, we were sat in a back area with NO HEAT with our three small children. The service was awful. Many tables had gotten up and left. We ended up getting our food to go. Overall the food was just okay, which is unjustifiable for a $300 meal. I don’t see us returning anytime soon.

Perfect portion sizes, burger was amazing, waffles are the fluffiest I’ve ever had. The Shirley Temple was so very good and The Red River. I’m definitely going to come back for dessert. The only thing I had negative was another customer just stating me down till I said something but that wasn’t the restaurants fault.

Cool little place for all ages! We came after we hah lunch. We had fries and a dusty road sundae, they were so yummy. Next time we'll have to check out the burgers.

Register Rip-Off. Nice, BUT check the register upon paying and see that they include the price of self serve candy in the "suggested tip" amount, easily doubling the amount you pay! Bad Practice. On our recent visit our tab was a $25 food bill and $22 worth of candy that generated a suggested tip of $9.60 (20%), for $25 of actual food service. That's actually >35% of the service bill!Way more than generous leaving a $6 tip for the actual service. Rip off on the suggested tip amount.

Nostalgia alone must be keeping this place alive. The atmosphere is kitschy, with old-school Americana style candy being sold on multiple shelves.The food is nothing special literally tastes like frozen beef patties from the supermarket and kraft singles. The buns are Franz branded, which again left me wondering why I would pay $14 for a burger I could make at home for less than $3 worth of ingredients...Taste is fine but not worth the visit when there are so many great burger places out there. This is just my honest opinion.

The food and atmosphere here is amazing, and it's always fun picking up some candy. I especially like the Green Lime.

The soda fountain part was great! We all got shakes or floats that were delicious, especially my cookies and cream Vienna float! The food was quite basic, with the highlight being their in-house fry sauce. Come for the cheerful staff, ice cream and many varieties of candy, enjoy better food somewhere else first.

10/10 amazing food, friendly staff, outstanding environment, I just love the old restaurant feel. And there are so many fun candy options! Such a fun place to stop and have lunch.

This place is a fun place for kids and a nightmare for parents. Lol. We love seeing the kids go nuts over the millions of candy and chocolate options and taming their appetite is quite the challenge. I recommend eating before coming if your only interested in the candy. We also enjoy their desserts as well.

What a cool spot in downtown Kalispell! Seems to be a lot of young high school and older teenagers work here along with management. There's always 5-7 employees to attend to your needs. Staff is always friendly and the food is absolutely delicious! Very unique drinks offered. Burgers, fries, and soups are some of the things I've tried and they were very good! They also offer a wide selection of candies and chocolates toward the back of the store.

This was mine and my husband's first time here and it was delicious definitely our new favorite place to go if you haven't been here definitely come try it the patty melt is wonderful!!

Never been before but really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The pasties with signature brown gravy were excellent and very affordable. We also had the clam chowder which was different then we are used to but was full of tender plump clams. I would definitely eat here again.

We have always wanted to try this place. Being in Montana, most places are kid friendly, including all pubs, this place was not. We felt completely unwelcome there although our kids were well behaved and most patrons looked over at us and complimented us on our kids. Food was amazing. Felt completely out of place with our kids. So it may be welcome to have something posted that this is not a kid friendly place. We’ve gone to many pubs and brewery’s with our kids. Might just want to put that into your website that you don’t want kids in your establishment… would be helpful. No high chairs or boosters. So therefore- don’t take young kids here. Lesson learned

This was a fun little pub to visit as a family of 5. Our server was very attentive and entertaining. We shared the pretzels and Guinness gravy and pasties…delicious. Had my first Irish Bloody Mary made with Jameson which was good. I’ve only ever had it with vodka and Guinness so I got to teach them something. They had a great beer line-up but unfortunately I believe 6 weren’t available. Fish and planks were great. Didn’t love the chowder or Tartar sauce.

Waited 30 minutes to order… still no service.The waitress couldn’t be bothered to seat me or tell me I could choose my own seat even though I stood at the front counter for 7 minutes and she came and went from it 3 times before telling me.Then she took 10 minutes to bring me a menu even though I already knew what I wanted. She left so fast I didn’t even get to ask to order. She didn’t so much as being me a water. I waited a total of 30 minutes wondering if I’d ever get to order before I decided to just leave because the service was THAT bad.This happened not once, but two different times. The first time was bad enough that I wondered if I should go back and give Brannigan’s another try.. but I did go back, because the waitress I had upstairs Wednesday was nice. She said she felt off even though it was a slow night. I get that, she was nice so I came back. But the waitress tonight? Sheeeesh. I can count on one hand the bad reviews I’ve written in my life, but this service was so bad, it needed to be brought to the attention of whomever cares about Brannigan’s reputation and their staffing.

The food was fantastic! Bangers and mash…phenomenal! The authentic taste and the pasties will have you coming back for more. Pair that with the cold beer selection and I could spend a whole day in there tasting it all.

1st time going here. We met up with others for St. Pats day and had a lot of fun. Live music was great but the music started with older 70s-80s rock, which wasn't bad, but I'm glad we stayed for the last band, who was fantastic! Beer is good, quick bartenders which were amazing AND friendly. Went inside for food... Not too sure what it was. The gravy tasted funny. I was told that it was Guinness beer gravy. (Not too good) the meat, we were told was beef but I'm not convinced.... We will visit again soon to try the mystery food. Hopefully I'll remember to take pics... Have a great day.

The pretzel dipping sticks were really yummy with a strong mustard sauce but it’ll start to get overkill. The huckleberry lemonade was super sweet and I loved it. The pub steak was cooked to medium rare but it seemed more like rare and we needed to add a lot of salt and I would of rather had wings but they didn’t have any.

Service is good, not enough wait staff so the service can be slow. The food is worth the wait though. Good drinks, good people, night atmosphere 👍 We sat upstairs, warm by the fire.Note to Manager/owner Time to redo the seats in the chairs, I'm a tiny person and my butt goes through the thin seat "cushion". Add a board across the bottom and more cush and it will be much better.I had the chicken wings with a side salad. Very good with leftovers. My girlfriend's split the Reuben. Always a great choice. I've enjoyed their meatloaf, a burger and stew before and it's all been good.

Satisfaction alert!! Definitely the Best Mexican restaurant in the area with amazing service and super nice staff. Beautiful restaurant with nice indoor and outdoor seating. The complimentary chips and salsa was very fresh. Loved the huckleberry lemonade- 5/5.Portion size is large. We ordered veggie fajitas and chicken carnitas, they both were pretty good!

The place has a great vibe. Food isn’t bad but it’s not a 5 star wow! Our tacos must have been sitting awhile and we’re soggy however they did replace them. 👏🏼. They charge for additional chips and salsa but we ran out of salsa with half a basket of chips remaining. Our server wasn’t very friendly but the ladies walking around cleaning up and checking on people were so nice and helpful. Expensive for Mexican food but for the Flathead Valley seems competitively priced.

Everything was amazing, it was my family and I of 10. It was absolutely delicious. The other thing that was different for me was the mole had a sweet taste. I've never had it sweet before. Other than that 20 thumbs up.

I have to say I was expecting a great experience with all the positive reviews. Upon arrival the restaurant itself looks and has a great Mexican feel to it. After the not so cheery waitress sat us down we had noticed both of mine and my husband’s forks had dried up food still stuck onto it. After informing the waitress about it, we got new forks from the table next to us like it was no big deal. Then I tried the salsa and chips. I loved the fresh taste of the salsa! However two chips later I had scooped up a hair from what must’ve been at the bottom of the little bowl! I can’t believe how fast this experience went down hill. The reason for two stars is because the food was decent but the rice and beans had absolutely no flavor.

Never ever In the life of me have I had shrimp enchiladas made out of cup of noodles shrimp. And it was just that n onions n bell pepper. And that was bigger than the shrimp. Do better

Immediately upon arriving at the restaurant it was apparent that it was a popular place as the parking lot was full and people were parking on the road. Having said that, they accommodated us immediately when we went inside. The service was very good and our waiter was very attentive. The food was very tasty and they have good options for kids. For some reason my son didn’t like the chicken nuggets, but I tried them and they were delicious. The only downside is that they didn’t have any dips for the nuggets. The prices were very reasonable for what we got. The portions were great and I left feeling more full than I should have. The washrooms were also very clean. I would certainly recommend eating here if you are in the market for Mexican food.

Very Disappointed! From beginning to the end. We went here for a birthday dinner and we will Never come back again. The waiter rushed us from the minute we sat down. I ordered the steak Fahitas and it was good except I gave it 1 star because there was a Long Hair wrapped around a piece of my steak!! Not just laying there..Wrapped around it. When I told the waiter he replied.."Everyone who works here has short hair". Unbelievable. Implying that it was me..well I would never do that and I shouldn't have to defend myself in a restaurant. After everyone finished he put the bill on the table and didn't even ask if anyone wanted dessert..again..Wow.We paid and just left very disappointed. For being in the food service industry this restaurant needs to offer its staff some Customer Service courses.

Simply perfect! The servers were sooo friendly, attentive, and fast. The food was excellent. The open face turkey sandwich was like homemade, and the eggs benedict had a really tasty hollandaise sauce. We will definitely return next time we are in town!

Cisco's is a classic all-around family restaurant! You can sit in booths, or at a table. The breakfast food is excellent, with great home-cooked flare and ample portions! I typically get one of the omelettes, or eggs Benedict, but their biscuits and gravy is excellent as well! The pancakes are great, and they can cook hash browns like Mom used to! Very reasonably priced.I had lunch here several years ago, and the burger and fries were top notch! My mom and dad come here for liver and onions. Dinner occasionally, and claim it's some of the best they've had in the country!The servers and waitresses are incredible. Most of them don't even have to write your order down, often handling tables of four or more without missing a single item! Our server today checked back three or four times during our meal to see how we were doing and inquired whether we needed anything! So polite, so helpful!

My family has been coming to Cislo's for years, and we've always enjoyed our experience from day one. The food is the most consistent in the valley and I'm sure its due to the owner being so involved with his restaurant. You'll always find something to eat that you like! The staff is helpful with custom orders, allergies etc are welcomed with a smile. They are the most attentive staff in the valley while serving you. Your cup is always being watched for when you need a refill, when plates are empty they're there to swoop it away. Its amazing how happy everyone always is, its truly the best family restaurant I've been to. When you're here, you're family and you'll feel it. Thank you Brett, Jessica, Cathy, Megan, Shauna and everyone else who feeds us when we're there.

Hands down our best meal we've had on our first visit to Montana. When you show up at 10 a.m. and there's a waiting list to be seated you know it's good. The blueberry pancake was the size of a large dinner plate and the homemade Huckleberry pie was amazing

We eat here a couple times per week and really enjoy the food. The owner, Brett is great as are all the staff. I recommend you try it if you're hungry. At least a 4.6 ratting.

I’m only here to share my experience with the food there, I’m sure plenty of folks have had a good experience. With that said when I’m eating in new places I like to stick to the basics (can’t really mess that up) or so I thought lol I had fried on my plate and burnt beyond crispy chicken 😂 I hate leaving 1 star reviews but the cook & server both looked at my plate and decided it was ok to bring this to the table 🤣 fries were pretty good though so if ur stuck going there because that’s where all your friends want to go order some fries 🍟 or just try the McDonald’s across the street 😬

Family restaurant is right!!! The sweetest servers. Fast service. One of my favorite things was this sweet old man sitting alone at a table reading the newspaper and the waitress comes up and has a conversation to catch up real quick before asking “the usual for you today?” And he responded “you know it!”Pancake was amazing. Coffee was constant. My husband and I enjoyed playing the table ad game!We will def be back!!

Our waitress was very kind and attentive, we had our appetizer brought straight to us by the owner I believe. He chatted for a bit and made sure we were still doing well. They all cleaned and kept the place tidy, more so than I've ever seen another restaurant do. Wonderful menu options and delicious desserts. Very reasonable and affordable prices, especially for such good food!Easily accessible off of the highway with plenty of parking, including handicapped parking and accessibility.

Love this place! It was our first time as we have twice before tried but they were closed. Third time definitely the charm. We had prime rib which is their special Fri and Sat nites. It was delicious. Sides were tasty and plentiful. We will definitely be back now that we know their hours! Very highly recommended.

We had a very sweet waitress. Budget friendly, diner vibe. I read many great reviews - tho maybe it’s more known as a breakfast place. Two of three of us liked our meal.1. What not to order- beef stroganoff. On second thought, we shouldn’t have ordered this from a diner type place. We should have sent it back and asked for something else. Was expecting hamburger but it looked like some sort of beef tips that weren’t edible. At least it came with a side so got to eat a salad. Strongly suggest to avoid this entree.2. Smothered chicken (grilled chicken breast with bacon, sautéed mushrooms & onions); it comes topped with melted cheese and gravy but I got those on the side as I’m GF/DF. It came with two sides - the baked potato and salad were both good3. Liver & onions - I personally think liver is disgusting but my dad loved it . He gave it good reviews.I hear the burgers are also good hereI would recommend it as a good family budget friendly place. Just avoid the beef stroganoff

My husband and I both had the biscuit and gravy combo and it was so delicious!! The gravy was the best I've ever had and it was so filling! I couldn't even finish mine because I was so full!! I would Absolutely recommend this restaurant ❤ also the staff was very nice😁

My teenage boys and I have been going for years. Now my 17 yr olds favorite is one of their skillet breakfasts, me too! It will fill you up and then some, excellent portions. Never seen the bottom of my coffee cup along with our craft of water they rock! The owner works as hard as the staff and they move very quickly because this place is busy. You know a place is good when the line can be out the doors on certain days. Cislo's Rocks!

The counter clerk was very nice but you have to order before sitting at a table and since we had never been there we needed to look at the menu making the people behind us wait. We both just ordered soup and salad. I also ordered a Pomegranate Mimosa which was glass of red something. Please be aware that a Mimosa is named after the flower of the Mimosa tree and is colored as such, a very delicate gradient of pink with some orange at the top. It is Not champagne dumped into orange juice or something dumped into any other juice ( just a personal complaint of mine).I would like to try some of their pastas since it is an Italian bistro. The food arrived quickly and the Bottomless Coffee thrilled my coffee drinking friend and he said it was excellent coffee. It has a Cafe vibe and the prices reflect this. I'll try it again.

The sign when you walk in that says “service is slow but the food is good” is very accurate. And honestly it wasn’t that slow of service. Workers were very kind and made the experience well worth the small weight. The food was incredible. Highly recommend. We both got Panini‘s and I got the tomato bisque soup which was spectacular.

Cute little restaurant that serves lunch and dinner. LOTS of gluten free options- any panini or wrap can be made gluten free, and all their soups are dairy free. They usually have many tasty gluten free bakery options as well. They also offer dairy free dressings for salads. It seems like service is a bit slow, but that hasn’t stopped me from frequenting here. The staff is friendly and attentive once you get your food. You order at the counter, seat yourself, and get your own waters. I wish they offered a dairy free cheese for their paninis- maybe someday they will. Prices are decent, and portion sizes are filling. I recommend the veggie panini with added turkey and a cup of soup which is always delicious.

This place is a hidden gem! They have a lot of gluten free options here. Any of the paninis can come with gluten free bread, which honestly is so good you wouldn't even think it's gluten free. Before we left we saw several desserts showcased in the display, and the top shelf was all gluten free! I tried a slice of chocolate cake and OMG it was so good. Again, you wouldn't even know it was gluten free. Everything tasted delicious. We will be back for sure!! Great place for lunch or dinner! So good!

We love Bonelli's. It is one of our favorites for lunch and dinner. We love their Lasagna and Eggplant Parmesan (gluten free too!) They make yummy, soft, delicious GF bread, too. If you like good quality food, this will be a great place for you.

Delightful panini. Cheerful service.We ordered the Figcisciutto. I substituted chicken chicken for prosciutto. Both were delightful. Accompanying salad was crisp and fresh.I added an espresso. Quite good— robust but not bitter.The dining area and bathrooms are decorated with old family photos. Interesting to the eye and touching to the heart.The outdoor seating area is of generous size and very welcoming for a meal or coffee and a pastry.
